Cooldown Nightcap is a dietary supplement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary. Cooldown Nightcap is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 2. Eligibility

Our products are intended for adults 18 years of age and older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We sell and ship only within the United States.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

4. Subscriptions

By enrolling in our Subscribe & Save plan, you agree to the following:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew monthly at the then-current subscription price until you cancel
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal
  • You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing support@maeylabs.com — cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge
  • Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for any charges already processed

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days from the date of shipment. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
