30-Night Money-Back Guarantee We stand behind Cooldown Nightcap. If it's not helping you sleep cooler and wake more rested, you can request a refund within 30 days of your original order date. The guarantee covers your first order, with a limit of one refund per customer.

How to Request a Refund To start a refund, email support@maeylabs.com within 30 days of your order date and include: your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a quick note on what didn't work for you. We read every note — it helps us improve, and often we can suggest a simple adjustment that resolves the issue. If you'd still like to proceed, we'll refund your order to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of resolving your request.

Refund Conditions

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of the original order date
  • The guarantee applies to your first order only
  • Limit of one refund per customer
  • You are not required to return the product to receive your refund
  • Refunds cover the product purchase price

Subscription Orders Our Subscribe & Save plan renews monthly. To avoid an upcoming renewal charge, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date — anytime through your account portal or by emailing support@maeylabs.com. Renewal-charge refunds are handled case by case; if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days and we'll work to resolve it.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges As Cooldown Nightcap is currently available in one flavor (Blackberry Lavender), we do not offer product exchanges at this time.
