Refund Policy

The 60-day guarantee, in plain language. Try Off-Shift for real shifts, on real sleep. If it hasn't earned a place in your routine within 60 days of delivery, email us and we'll refund your full purchase price. Keep the pouch. No return shipping, no restocking fees, no forms.

How to request a refund. Email support@maeylabs.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number and the email address you ordered with. That's it. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

What's covered. Your first purchase of any Off-Shift pack (14, 30, or 60 shifts), one refund per customer. The Day-Sleep Protocol and sleep scorecard are yours to keep either way.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email support@maeylabs.com with a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or a full refund right away. This doesn't count against your 60-day guarantee.

Cancellations. Need to cancel before your order ships? Email support@maeylabs.com as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund in full.
