Shipping Policy

Free shipping, every order. All Off-Shift orders ship free within the United States. No minimum, no code needed.

Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery. Standard US delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days after processing. Tracking is included on every order.

Where we ship. We currently ship to US addresses only, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't ship to PO freight forwarders or internationally yet.

Wrong address or need a change? Email us at support@maeylabs.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it.

Lost or damaged in transit? Email support@maeylabs.com and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund. Your 60-day money-back guarantee starts from delivery, not from purchase.
