Subscription Cancellation Policy

Maey Labs offers a Subscribe & Save plan for Cooldown Nightcap that renews automatically each month. This policy explains how our subscription works and how to cancel.

How Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in our Subscribe & Save plan, your subscription will automatically renew each month at the then-current subscription price. You will receive an email notification before each renewal charge. By subscribing, you authorize Maey Labs to charge your payment method on file for each renewal until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

• Account portal: Log in to your account at maeylabs.com and manage your subscription under Account > Subscriptions
• Email: Contact us at support@maeylabs.com with your cancellation request

Cancellation Deadline

To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, your cancellation request must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations submitted after this deadline will take effect for the following billing cycle.

Refunds on Subscription Charges

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for charges already processed. Refunds for subscription renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, please contact us at support@maeylabs.com within 7 days of the charge and we will work to resolve it.
